Aleesha is a professional female bodybuilder who has been gaining popularity in the last half decade. Aleesha Young was born in 1984 into the family of sports. The siblings of her played various games, like hockey and ice skating. Aleesha had played a variety of sports like soccer, basketball, and softball before getting interested in bodybuilding when she was about 15 years old. Aleesha received her professional card for winning her first championship at NPC USA Championships 2014 The first time she competed was in 2008. In 2014, the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro was her first time competing with a 9th-place finish. In 2015 she maintained her 9th-place finish. Aleesha finished 6th both of 2015 and 2016 during the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha began to improve and eventually achieve her first professional win in the form of winning Chicago Pro Championships. Bodybuilder Aleesha was the top show at WOS's Rising Phoenix, where she was 4th overall in 2020. Despite this, "Worlds strongest mom", took a short time off from bodybuilding due to health issues.
